Think peaceful thoughts, whatever they are to you. As you've done so many times throughout the years, you'll awaken far before morning. I was a lousy sleeper my entire adult life and began CPAP. Do NOT go to bed with the equipment. At some point in the week you WILL fall asleep. I've had no trouble at all with them not just the one type whether or not they take a few seconds more to adjust straps or not. I had some trouble with a sore nose and breaking seal, but still sleeping great from day one.
